Civil Engineering

Location: Ipswich

MLM is undertaking an expansion in the energy and rail market sectors and is seeking to strengthen its team in Ipswich.

The candidate should be highly motivated and ambitious, with extensive experience in civil engineering consultancy services, with a particular focus on the energy sector. Experience of the rail sector would be an advantage. He/she will have excellent client facing skills and an expectation of developing new work streams and clients is a key part of the role. A high level of technical knowledge and understanding is also required. Our team prides itself on finding alternative and better solutions and the successful candidate would be expected to contribute to this ethos.

This is a senior role within the Civils team, comprising business development and management of both staff and projects, reporting to the Directors responsible for this area of our business. Excellent career opportunities are available for the right candidate, with the potential for promotion to Director level.
