Design of structures for houses, flats and community buildings including large sheltered and social housing projects for local authorities and housing associations, as well as major private residential developments.

In the design of these projects, particularly high rise residential developments, MLM has a proven ability to keep economy in mind and is determined to meet the individual demands of the client and architect.

The practice welcomes the opportunity to give initial advice at an early stage in the project so that the structure may form part of an integrated design. Clients include developers, housing associations and local authorities, as well as private individuals.
