MLM is an established name providing engineering, environmental and building control services to clients in both the private and public sectors. MLM is one of the largest regionally based consultancy practices with offices at Ipswich, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Norwich, Ashford and London and have undertaken projects throughout the UK.

MLM has been providing Planning Supervisor (now replaced by CDM-Co-ordinator) services under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations since its introduction in 1995, and has also been enhancing its portfolio of health and safety related services.

MLM is a long established consultancy in Civil and Structures Engineering, Building Services and Environmental Services. We integrate our knowledge, experience and expertise to bring a broad multidisciplinary perspective to the project and allocate the appropriate resource to the demands of each project.

We have experienced PhD level qualified staff in health and safety. Our health and safety consultancy work is carried out under supervision of staff who, in addition to professional engineering and construction backgrounds, hold fellowship and membership to APS, membership to IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications.

Every project and organisation has its unique set of health and safety risks. No client wants accidents, which could result in huge legal, financial, business and moral implications. We arrange health and safety risk workshops to identify the health and safety issues and ensure communication and co-ordination between all parties. We assist in effective, efficient and sensible management of project health and safety risks.

We have qualified dedicated staff and an IT database to manage each project and assignment. The MLM group is certified to ISO 9001. We have offices in six locations to provide real time client support and improved health and safety management.
