Complaints Procedure
1. If you are dissatisfied in any way with MLM’s Building Control Service contact either Neil Cooper or Robert Eglington. Alternatively, telephone either 0207 613 7500 or 01603 504340 respectively.
2. We will investigate all the facts and circumstances associated with your complaint and provide a response within 5 working days of the complaint being received. If the complaint involves accessing archived information, then we will advise you and the response time will be extended to 10 working days.
3. Once our complaints procedure has been exhausted and you feel your complaint has not been resolved, you are entitled to refer the matter to the Construction Industry Council under Section 3 of the "Code of Conduct for Approved Inspectors and Disciplinary Procedures" as issued by the Construction Industry Council Approved Inspector Register, (CICAIR). A copy can be provided on request.
