MLM Building Control Limited has been providing services as a Corporate Approved Inspector since 1998.

Our services, which are fast, responsive and cost-effective, are particularly attractive to clients seeking early advice prior to planning submissions.

The Company employs experienced and qualified Building Control Surveyors based in each of our offices which are predominantly situated within the South East of England, although we are able to cover the whole of England and Wales using a network of site surveyors.

Suits Your Needs

We are able to attend design team meetings at an early stage to offer advice up to RIBA Stage D (Planning) and attendance at further meetings to assist the team up to construction on site, all within a competitive fee offer. Generally, there would be one point of contact for all projects.

We are committed to providing a fast and reliable service, including plan appraisals, within an agreed time frame, answering queries promptly and attending site within 24 hours of a request. We are able to offer advice at an early stage, especially fire safety issues, to enable a prompt consultation with the Fire Brigade to take place.

We offer pre-tender advice, value engineering on the Building Regulation aspects of your project design, seminars on the Building Regulations and associated legislation and a nationwide consistency of interpretation of what is reasonable at design and inspection stages of your projects.
