This project has provided the Local Authority with a new school as part of a regeneration ‘Land-Swap’ with a local Development consortium.

There are eight classrooms including a dedicated nursery area, a large multi-purpose hall, catering facilities, changing rooms and staff areas.

Key Features

• Thermal modelling on concept stage allowed a passive ventilation system to be developed and incorporated into the building.
• Underfloor heating with enhanced zone control maximises avaliable floor areas, and provides control options for ‘out of hours’ occupation for communal use.
