The Woodberry Down Regeneration scheme is one of the most exciting mixed community, self funding developments in London.
MLM are appointed to carry out the fully detailed design of phase 1 of this £1 billion regeneration project.
The development will include site wide community heating from low carbon technology which include biomass and CHP.
This landmark tower will be 28 storeys which will involve complex modelling to assess the affects of high wind gusts. The tower is founded on a piled raft.
A basement structure occupies half the site which contains the car parking and the energy centre for the development.
The basement structure is designed to carry an adopted roadway which serves the development.
