MLM was commissioned as consultant for pre-planning and feasibility work on the Highways and Transportation aspects of this £100m Town Centre regeneration project in Colchester. The scheme included approximately 500,000 sq ft of retail space, multi-level basement car parking and servicing areas, together with some residential units and a new Town Centre bus station, on a congested and challenging site.
A further element of work included a Competition winning entry in conjunction with Hakes Associates for a new footbridge over the inner relief road.
