Trisail Towers is an innovative, sustainable and high quality commercial and retail development comprising 3 linked multi-storey towers proposed for a Greenfield site adjoining Elsenham Business Park near Stansted Airport. The scheme is designed to minimise impact on the environment by using car parking at basement level, incorporating sustainable energy and materials and using vegetation as screening. The site is, however, in a generally agricultural area and subject to strict planning and environmental regulations.

MLM were appointed to manage the Environmental Impact Assessment, undertake and coordinate baseline surveys and prepare the Environmental Statement to support the planning application.
