Travelodge Bracknell is one of the new generation Travelodge urban centre brand. In one of the largest campaigns in this sector for many years Travelodge are moving away from the motorway service station brand with massive investment in contemporary architecture close to city centers.

Construction was fast track, using a combination of rainscreen and render system façade treatment on reinforced concrete and timber frame construction. The design combines economy, rapid build and contemporary design.

MLM Building Control worked closely with the architects and contractor to ensure the combination of construction types and method of heating was in accordance with the Requirements of Part L.
