MLM have provided Building Control services on a framework basis for a number of years to the highest building in the Square Mile, ranging from common area landlord works to tenant fit-outs, including the ancillary buildings that surround the tower itself.

Enjoying extensive press coverage in journals such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the recent flagship reception redesign incorporates 3 storey escalators. We advised on access issues to ensure the project met inclusive design standards.

MLM regularly offer advice in connection with 30m plus buildings, applying extensive knowledge of sprinkler systems and smoke ventilation techniques when liaising with the Fire Service to help clients meet Section 20 of the London Building Act.
