MLM Environmental carried out a refurbishment and demolition asbestos survey at the 10 storey office block with substantial basement and plant room area at Moorgate in London. A management survey was also undertaken from areas of the building not undergoing refurbishment.
The survey was commissioned by DTZ, International property advisers, for Telereal Limited to enable an assessment of the costs and health and safety risk associated with the refurbishment of the structure and to provide information towards management plans for eventual re-occupancy.
