MLM were appointed by Bovis Homes Limited to undertake the design of a new 250 space car park adjacent to Wellingborough railway station. This was part of the preliminary works required for the Wellingborough East/Stanton Cross development.

Key Features:

• Re-grading the site to minimise the height and number of retaining walls.
• Diversion of Anglian Water sewers.
• Extensive attenuation provided as part of the drainage design.
• Co-ordination of lighting, barrier controls and CCTV designs.
