Rutland House

Works on Rutland House in London commence April 2010. The works include the installation of two rooms to the basement area, replacement of internal finishes and general repairs to all floors of the buildings as well as the stairwells and WCs.

In addition to this, there is going to be refurbishment to the lift and refurbishment and replacement of all electrical, mechanical, comfort cooling and life safety systems throughout the building. There is also some isolated repair work to the roof and cleaning of the external elevations.
