The development of new leisure facilities in Ilford which will consist of 50 metre and 25 metre swimming pools, with a 12-court sports hall and extensive health and leisure facilities. The facility is expected to be constructed over two floors.

Services provided by the MLM Group include Civil and Structural Engineering design, soils and contamination investigations, Flood risk assessment, Traffic Impact analysis and Environmental impact analysis.

The project includes challenging ground conditions with a significant depth of made ground being present over the majority of the site.
