Infrastructure design works serving approximately 800 dwellings plus other community facilities. On site roads designed to Essex County Council requirements for adoption under a Section 38 agreement. Sewers designed to Thames Water approval under a Section 104 Agreement. Off site highway works: Road widening incorporating a roundabout and a double mini roundabout junction, street lighting and three signal controlled crossings all designed to Essex County Council requirements under a Section 278 Agreement. MLM also undertook infrastructure and foundation design for over 100 units for David Wilson Homes on this site.
