The Ongar War Memorial Hospital is being developed to provide a new, modern, purpose built facility building for NHS West Essex to help in supplying good access to high quality primary care for the community.

The new scheme was designed to provide a Sustainable Building and achieve the BREEAM “Excellent” rating.

• Fully automated Building Management System with energy monitoring and targeting software.

The development is based on a compact plan with a central courtyard areas. This provides good natural light and ventilation solutions to internal rooms and areas whilst creating multiple simple routes for patients and staff.
