MLM carried out refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys on 8 No. buildings of up to 10 storeys. The work was undertaken on a phased programme of work over a 2 year period enabling the refurbishment of the buildings in question.
MLM surveyors were required to work closely with the main contractor and their subcontractors. MLM asbestos consultants provided asbestos safety awareness training during the project to the main contractor and their subcontractors.
Specialist access equipment and working out of normal hours was necessary to complete the surveys.
