The new build motorist centre in Newmarket Road, Bury St Edmunds was constructed on the site of a previous filling station.

MLM were appointed to provide multidisciplinary services to both the developer and Principal Contractor. Initially we worked very closely with both parties to deal with engineering and contamination issues, to eliminate risk items and provide cost certainty for the development, helping the cost analysis model and ultimately kickstarting the development.

MLM then provided D&B engineering services, including liaison with the local authority and Anglian Water to discharge planning conditions and obtain connection approvals.
