The project involved providing a new speculative warehouse and office facility. The building consists of a steel framed warehouse with office facilities provided at first floor level on the front elevation.
Key Features:
- VRF comfort cooling has been provided to the office areas with daylight controlled dimmable lighting to promote energy efficiency.
- All remaining areas have been provided with sufficient facilities to extend the systems as may be required by the incoming tenant.
