MLM Building Control provided approved inspector services for three Community Health and Medical Centres at Rochester, Rainham and Lordswood in Medway, Kent.

As part of an ongoing upgrading of Medway’s NHS Services, the team were particularly involved in ensuring appropriate fire safety systems were implemented to the buildings, both passive and active. Also fully compliant access and facilities were required to cater for the full spectrum of disabled persons and to protect the client under the Disability Discrimination Act.
