MLM have undertaken the Building Control work on the construction of a new 40 Apartment Extracare Housing Facility in Herne Bay, Kent, as part of a multi-million pound PFI Scheme. The Scheme features a number of communal facilities including a Health Suite, Hairdressers, Shop Unit, Dining Room and 3 Lounge areas, including one with a café bar.
MLM were also appointed as Building Services engineers.
