Civil & Structural design works including infrastructure to serve approximately 100 live/work units on behalf of Kiln Court Developments Ltd. New roads designed to Essex County Council requirements for adoption. Off site sewer to Anglian Water requirements for adoption. Road widening incorporating a new right turn lane designed by MLM to Essex County Council approval for construction under a Section 278 agreement. MLM also provided structural and foundation design for Phase 1 of the live/work accommodation of approximately 30 units.
