MLM were appointed to undertake a structural assessment of the listed buildings and to produce a design for thhe installation of a life shaft from a new plant room at roof level, down to the basement cinema of the adjacent corn exchange.

Works also include the removal of lowerground floor level load - beanng structure to from the new high tech open plan Ipswich Borough Council one-stop customer service centre within Ipswich town centre.
