MLM were appointed to undertake a refurbishment and demolition survey at the construction site of Heron Tower. Two 13 storey office buildings within the footprint of the Tower required demolition to make way for the £240m office block.

MLM carried out surveys in close co-ordination with Skanska and the demolition contractor Keltbray to ensure delays in this development project were avoided before construction commenced.

Specialist access equipment, tower scaffolding and powered access platforms were used to conduct the survey.
