Infrastructure design works (drainage) serving a mixed use development of approximately 2,000 dwellings, 4,500 m2 of retail space plus other community facilities. The design has been undertaken to Section 104 adoptable standards and will be offered as asset to Scottish and Southern Water upon completion.
Using CSC’s latest 3D modelling package Orion, this enabled the design team to apply a fast-track design programme and the rapid production and exchange of information.
