Construction works are currently underway to develop a Research Facility for an International Clinical Research Organisation, Biomedical Research Centre and Clinical Research Facility on 14th, 15th and 16th Floors of Guy’s Tower London respectively.

Key Building Features:

• Site works involving three floors of this thirty five storey building.
• Development of a GMP Facility.
• Teaching, Research, Patients and Lab spaces.

• Stripout of existing wards located in the respective floors.
• Presence of contamination including radio active waste in drainage.
• Presence of asbestos.
• Site within a busy operational hospital and teaching facility.
• Operational wards on lower and higher floors-vibration, noise, infection control and duct issues.
• Access issues, external hoist arrangements.
