MLM carried out the detailed design on this site which had some challenging topography and limited drainage options. We secured technical approvals from various Authorities including Essex County Council (Highways), Essex County Council (Waste Management), The Environment Agency and Anglian Water. The off site highway works shown above tied into an adjacent highway scheme and development access, both designed by MLM.
