The super-structure comprises a four storey load bearing masonry structure with a steel/timber roof and pre-cast concrete floors.

The sub-structure comprises reinforced concrete ground beams on piled foundations and incorporates a bridging structure over an existing 6.0m deep Thames Water sewer providing the required easement.
