The Client has procured a derelict school building with a view to develop it into a private French School.

The works included mainly structural refurbishment, mechanical and electrical replacement and upgrade, a new roof and a complete internal refit and refurbishment.

• There are domestic domiciles in close proximity to the site so the creation of noise and dust, as well as working hours, will have to be closely monitored.
