MLM have worked as design and build partners to ISG Jackson on several extra care housing schemes in recent years with Housing 21 and other housing associations. This development is set close to the village centre of Haughley and is designed to complement other nearby dwellings using traditional Suffolk materials and styles. The apartments comprise traditional pitched tiled roofs and large span precast concrete suspended floors. Each apartment includes a balcony or terrace, formed from timber cladding and concealed steel frames.
