Enterprise House in Paddington includes the provision of a new entrance foyer, new stairwell and lifts and structural floor in-fills to create additional office space in place of the original atrium.
MLM were appointed to provide Building Control and Structural Engineering design services. Challenges regarding the fire escape strategy were overcome by working closely with BPR and Squaredot.
Structural issues concerning new foyer foundations resting on an existing over-bridge were also identified and addressed early in the scheme to minimise impact on programme and cost.
