For the development for the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association MLM designed a braced steel frame building founded on concrete pad foundations featuring 8m span Comdek steel decking.

The decking acts as permanent shuttering omitting the need for temporary shuttering. This method of construction has been chosen due to speed and economy of the construction.
