The Crowne Plaza in Maple Cross is a proposed 4 Star 207 guestroom hotel which includes a ballroom, conference suite, restaurant, health club with spa all served by a detached multi storey car park. The building will be traditional construction and due to the length of the frontage, some 60m when complete it will be a striking building within the home county.

Initially, MLM Building Control was working with a contractor on a tender bid. After the client issued a design change new tenders had to be issued. During this process we were requested to work on behalf of the client with their Architect. We are working closely with the architect to ensure that the scheme is fully compliant with the current Building Regulations, prior to the issue of the new tender for construction.
