A ‘buildings package’ contract, as part of the £2b PFI project comprises the phased construction of three new buildings, namely an Education Centre, Court Martial Centre, Band Accommodation Centre and a community centre/church together with the associated infrastructure and landscaping works.

Education Centre
A two storey steel framed building with concrete composite metal deck floor.

Court Martial Centre
A two storey steel framed building with concrete composite metal deck floor.

Bond Accommodation Centre
A single storey building in masonry with a steel roof. Acoustic conditions were key to the success of this building. All buildings were designed to meet stringent Counter Terrorism Measures (CTM).

All three buildings were delivered back to the PFI consortium ahead of schedule.
