MLM have been working with Clare College for a number of years, undertaking many asbestos surveys for management of asbestos containing materials throughout the large portfolio of modern and historic college buildings.
MLM have created a bespoke asbestos register database issued to Clare College assessing risks of all materials in accordance with Regulation 4 – Duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic premises (Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006).
MLM produced an asbestos management plan for the college, setting out the requirement for the management of materials identified in previous surveys.
MLM also undertook refurbishment and maintenance work surveys for the college where refurbishment or maintenance work is required.
We have a continued role with the college assisting with asbestos mangement and providing asbestos awareness training.
