Clare College was founded in 1326 and continues to develop, providing academic services to in excess of 600 courses. Thirkill Court was originally constructed in the 1960s to provide accommodation for students and fellows and much of the services dated from the original installation.
Improvement works were undertaken to replace the heating, domestic water, drainage and electrical services in two phases of partial possession. Rooms were re-modelled to provide study areas with the IT network services to support the current needs of the students.
MLM have provided mechanical and electrical professional consultancy services throughout the college, and more recently to the Thirkill Court and Old Court refurbishment.
