Construction works began late in June 2009 on an existing two-storey structure. This was previously three separate buildings and recently renovation works were undertaken on the buildings to convert it into one property. The works consist of the installation and alteration of the structural steelwork, electrical supplies and fittings and drainage. On top of this there is the installation of a Swimming Pool, Steam Room/Sauna (and all the associated plant and supplies for these), a Mezzanine level, stairs, large glazed units and the sub-division of rooms and the site. There is also works to the roof structures and coverings.
