MLM have been working with Apple Inc. since 2005 providing consultancy and building control based services to facilitate their expansion throughout the UK.

Liaising directly with U.S. architects Callsion in their Seattle based head office, we are flexible in our hours and concise in our advice, on building Regulations and other legislation that may be applicable to the sites. This enables the client to carry their signature design across the Atlantic and maintain the integrity of the Apple brand that is recognised worldwide.

Where MLM are unable to provide statutory building control we act as consultants to ensure that all the stores achieve compliance within the clients deadline.

We have built good relationships not only with building control departments in Northern Ireland and Scotland, but also the landlords/managing agents of the various shopping centres in which we have been involved.
