The Adam & Eve public house is located in Mill Hill, London and is a purpose built Victorian public house which has retained many of its original features. The client has developed the existing property to provide an exclusive restaurant.
The works include an extension to the rear garden area, structural repairs to the floor and roof, and major structural works to provide an open-plan and free flowing utilisation of space. Also included in the scope of the works is electrical, mechanical and ventilation replacements and a full internal remodel and refit.
MLM provided CDM-C to ensure the site complies to a high standard of Health and Safety.
