Steve Oliver

Steve is Chairman of MLM and a Director of MLM Consulting Engineers. He has more than 25 years experience across all sectors of the UK property industry and has been responsible for building and infrastructure projects from concept and feasibility studies to delivery on site across all sectors of the property industry, to which he brings a strong commercial understanding and imagination.

He heads MLM's strategic marketing function and is actively involved in setting and delivering the firm's commercial objectives. Steve works closely with major UK clients, funding institutions, commercial developers, design consultants and project managers. He also leads MLM International's overseas activity, where he has been particularly active in the Middle East. Steve believes MLM's commitment to its clients and staff and the culture of MLM is what makes us 'great people to work with'.
