Stephen Beales

Stephen is CEO of MLM and is particularly involved in the realisation of MLM's Vision to be outstanding. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer who specialised in the financial, economic and institutional analysis of projects at the preparatory and feasibility stages, for clients such as the World Bank and government departments in developing countries, while working in the international water sector for nearly 25 years. As a Divisional Director, Stephen was responsible for technical assistance and commercialisation projects, particularly in South Asia and Southern Africa. He joined MLM as Chief Executive in 1998 focusing on business development to support the growth of the business into a multi-disciplinary group operating more widely.
