Part of the Ipswich Structures Team involved in the design management of projects and co-ordination of the multi-disciplinary teams within MLM. Considerable experience in carrying out design reviews, value engineering and preparation of engineering feasibility studies. Actively involved on projects using most forms of procurement over many years, working both as part of the Employers and Contractor’s Teams. Experience in residential, retail, leisure, education, manufacturing facilities, offices and warehousing schemes up to £45m construction cost. Regularly involved with the development of engineering schemes from inception to completion with employers, architects and Project Managers.
