Neil leads the Building Control Division of MLM and is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years industry experience. Working with leading UK and overseas clients, Neil has delivered Building Control and building surveying services on a wide range of buildings and frameworks. His experience includes new build and refurbished low and high rise residential, commercial, retail, leisure and industrial buildings, value engineering and the development of risk management systems for insurance.

Neil is Deputy Chair of Government's Building Regulations Advisory Committee and has particular expertise in the formulation and implementation of Building Regulation policy and associated technical standards. He has been extensively involved in global Building Control developments and presents seminars on a wide range of technical and legislative issues.
