As a building control surveyor Michael has worked on a wide variety of projects within London ranging from the development of a City Academy, Housing schemes and Residential units for students at a University Campus. He has also had experience with refurbishment work ranging from a hospital to a major retail store.
Michael strongly believes in professional development and was a part time lecturer at the University of Westminster. He has also presented a series of lectures on Building Regulations and currently presents building control papers for the Association of Building Engineers.
