Lee Bowker

Lee is a Director of MLM with experience on a wide variety of projects including bridges, building superstructure, foundations, drainage, paving and rail infrastructure. Lee has been responsible for developing MLM's multidisciplinary delivery strategy and has a thorough understanding of project requirements from Planning through to detailed Design stages, across all market sectors.

Lee has also led MLM's continued expansion into the Rail sector and successfully increased MLM's rail capabilities and capacity, focussing on Client's needs, value engineering and successful delivery. Responsible for managing all aspects of projects including Client's requirements, tender support, delivery programme, design, project coordination and communication with all members of the project team.
