Chris Neeves

Chris is an MLM Director and leads the Building Services and BREEAM team and is actively involved in design innovation and our overseas operations in Brazil.

Chris is a senior Building Services engineer who has experience in all aspects of mechanical and electrical engineering and specialises in energy engineering, sustainability and the low carbon agenda. Chris has provided engineering services for a wide variety of projects both small and large including planning and development services, sustainable engineering strategies, engineering design and compliance consultancy. Chris has considerable experience in both the client advisor and design delivery roles for both end users and contractor clients.

Chris has led the bid, design and construction stage services on a wide variety of buildings in all areas of the mainstream construction in both private and public sectors.
