A senior building services engineer who has experience in all aspects of mechanical and electrical engineering and specialises in energy engineering.
Chris has provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a wide variety of projects both small and large (up to £90m) including feasibility studies, detailed design, surveys, concept design, cost analysis and contract administration for office developments, restaurants, hotels, care homes, hospitals, research and development facilities and residential buildings. He has designed many innovative energy system solutions and has successfully fulfilled the role of lead engineering/coordinator on many challenging projects. Chris also has considerable experience within the PFI health sector and is familiar with all aspects of the Bid and Delivery process and can advise upon the strategic design decisions which can lead to a successful outcome.
