MLM have over 200 staff, including directors, based in London, the South East, the Midlands and the Home counties.

We believe there is a need for our business and people to make a positive contribution to the economy, society, and the environment in which we operate, beyond fulfilling contractual agreements and our sense of CSR underpins that value.

Our culture is one of enabling our staff to achieve their full potential through continuous development. Alongside a Competency Framework initiative, we provide structured training programmes for our Engineers and Surveyors, leading to Chartered status and we encourage and support college courses for technicians.
