Our People

MLM have over 200 staff including directors, based in East Anglia, London and Kent.

Work is carried out in Director led groups. The Directors maintain “hands on” contact with the work. Day to day management of each job may be delegated to a Technical Director who manages the staff necessary to complete the project. Specialist staff may be drawn into the team from other groups or from our offices in Ipswich, Chelmsford, Cambridge, Norwich, Ashford and London.

Our staff range from technicians under training to PhD qualified Engineers. Our Chartered Engineers are members of the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Institution of Structural Engineers, the Association for Project Safety, the Institution of Water and Environmental Management, the Institution of Building Services Engineers and the Institution of Hospital Engineering and Estate Management.
We encourage all our staff to become qualified and support training initiatives from day release college courses for technicians to supervised Training under Agreement for Engineers.
