A Sense of CSR in Everything We Do

We believe there is a need for our business and people to make a positive contribution to the economy, society, and the environment in which we operate, beyond fulfilling contractual agreements.

For us, that means understanding the changing expectations of the people we affect and making sure Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is integral to our business and plays a key part in our business decisions.

 

Accountability

Who is responsible for CSR? EVERYONE!

Our aim is to ensure that all functions of our business, from top to bottom, consistently operate according to the CSR core principles. We have created a CSR structure to help this happen. We started at a senior level by creating a CSR Team, led by our Chairman, and supported by senior people from across the business. This commitment is cascaded down throughout the organisation.

 

CSR Targets

The CSR Team meets on a regular basis to review progress and discuss CSR Targets, developed in partnership with our stakeholders. The Team advises on how and where to focus our attention, working towards our long term CSR goals. Through establishing baseline indicators and benchmarks we have a platform for continual improvement.
