Code For Sustainable Homes
As registered ‘Code for Sustainable Homes’ assessors we can advise upon all aspects of sustainable residential development. The Code for Sustainable Homes is a key tool in the national strategy for providing low carbon housing.
In April 2007 the Code for Sustainable Homes replaced Ecohomes for the assessment of new housing in England. The Code is an environmental assessment method for new homes and is based upon Ecohomes but contains mandatory performance levels in 7 key areas.
